8. What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied after signing but before development begins, we offer a full deposit refund. After the project begins, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and deliverables.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards for monthly subscriptions and ACH bank transfers for lump-sum or milestone-based payments. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
